1. Services

We provide Intelligent solutions and tax automation services designed to streamline your processes. Details of each offering, deliverables, and schedules are provided in the project agreement.

2. Info Products

Digital guides, courses, and other informational materials ("Info Products") are made available for download or streaming.

3. Goods

Physical items or branded merchandise ("Goods") are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Services

If you are dissatisfied with a service, you may request reimbursement within 14 days of purchase. We will credit the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Services may be rescheduled once at no extra charge if requested at least 3 business days before the original date. Certain personalized or on-demand offerings are non-reimbursable once initiated due to customization and resource allocation.

4.2 Info Products

Requests for reimbursement of Info Products must be submitted within 7 days of download or access. Approved reimbursements will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. After 7 days, all sales are final due to access to digital content.

4.3 Goods

If you wish a reimbursement for Goods, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt of the shipped-back item. You may also exchange Goods for equivalent items, subject to stock availability. Shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or damaged.

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests for services must be made at least 3 business days before the scheduled date. We will accommodate one reschedule per service engagement.
